Designing evaluation PDFs people actually file

Digital-first dashboards are necessary; paper-friendly exports are still mandatory in many chains of command. We design debrief PDFs with explicit decision checkpoints, not just charts. Each page answers one question a reviewer might ask in a hallway.

Color is used sparingly so grayscale printers remain legible. Margins are generous for handwritten initials. None of this replaces secure digital archives—it complements them.

We also recommend a short cover sheet listing scenario version, seat IDs, and instructor name. It sounds administrative because it is—and that is the point.
