Return and refund questions should be directed to welcome@hubnodex.digital with invoice numbers and serials where applicable. Enterprise customers should copy their account coordinator for faster routing. We confirm receipt within five business days for complete requests.
Exceptions
Custom engineering, activated software keys, and scenario content already downloaded are generally non-refundable except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Hardware with tamper evidence voids standard return rights. Training days consumed are not credited retroactively.
Eligibility
Standard hardware returns apply to undamaged catalog appliances within fourteen days of delivery for qualifying business customers as stated in invoices. Eligibility requires original packaging and accessories unless defective. Consumer transactions follow additional mandatory rights under Republic of Korea consumer regulations where applicable.
Timeframe
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days of receiving returned goods or, for software-only credits, approval timestamp. Bank timelines may extend settlement visibility. Partial credits may be issued for proportional service non-performance documented in tickets.
Process
Submit a written request, receive an RMA when relevant, ship goods prepaid unless defective, and allow inspection before credit issuance. Software credits require uninstallation certificates where license servers apply. Disputes follow escalation paths in master agreements before any chargeback.
Scope
This policy covers direct purchases from SkyVector Dynamics channels referenced on invoices. Reseller purchases follow reseller policies; we may assist with manufacturer defects under warranty only. International shipments may incur duties non-refundable by SkyVector Dynamics.
Refund methods
Credits are applied to the original payment instrument where possible; wire refunds use verified bank details. Currency conversion uses bank rates on the processing date unless a fixed contract rate applies. Fees charged by financial institutions are outside our control.
Service cancellation
Professional services may be cancelled with notice windows defined per statement of work; short-notice cancels may incur standby fees. Annual support contracts cancel at renewal unless auto-renew is disabled per notice clauses. Migration assistance already performed is due upon cancellation.
Warranty exchanges
Defective appliances are repaired or exchanged under the product warranty exhibit rather than this consumer-style return path. DOA replacements ship after remote triage confirms failure. Cosmetic variance within manufacturing tolerance is not defective.
Partial refunds
If a bundle is partially unusable, we may propose partial credits reflecting depreciated value of the affected component. Acceptance of partial credits waives related claims unless reserved in writing. Quantification follows documented incident timelines.
Mandatory rights
Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights under Republic of Korea law for qualifying transactions. Enterprise bespoke agreements may supersede generic timeframes where signed. Translations are for convenience; the Korean-language enterprise contract prevails where provided.
Recordkeeping
We retain refund decision logs for seven years for tax and audit purposes. Customers should retain shipping proofs until credits clear. Anonymized statistics may be used to improve packaging and carrier selection.
