Cookie Policy
What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device to remember preferences, protect forms, and—if allowed—measure site usage. Similar technologies include local storage entries for consent state with keys prefixed by our domain brand. You can control cookies through browser settings and the consent controls presented on first visit.
Preferences
Preference cookies remember choices such as collapsed navigation states where implemented. Rejecting preference cookies may reset certain UI conveniences but will not block informational access. Preference storage duration is typically one year unless cleared manually.
Third parties
If analytics cookies are enabled, limited technical data may be processed by subprocessors listed in privacy documentation. No advertising auction cookies are deployed on this site. Embedded maps or media, if added in future, will be disclosed here before activation.
Contact
Questions about cookies may be sent to welcome@hubnodex.digital with the subject line “Cookie inquiry”. We respond within a reasonable period given inquiry volume. Enterprise customers may route questions through their assigned coordinator.
Categories
Strictly necessary cookies support security and load balancing; analytics cookies measure aggregated traffic patterns. Functional cookies are optional and limited to UX niceties. A concise inventory appears in the preference layer of the consent card.
Consent
Where required, analytics cookies deploy only after affirmative action; rejection does not impair core browsing. Consent records store a timestamp and choice under a domain-prefixed local storage key. You may reopen decisions by clearing site data or using contact channels for manual guidance.
Cookie inventory
session_guard — security — session — SkyVector Dynamics; sv_consent — consent state — 12 months — SkyVector Dynamics; analytics_aggregate — usage metrics — 6 months — subprocessors per DPA when enabled. Actual names may vary slightly by deployment version; checksums are listed in enterprise release notes.
Browser controls
Major browsers provide settings to block third-party cookies, delete existing cookies, and send do-not-track signals we honor only where legally required to interpret them. Blocking all cookies may degrade form submissions or consent recall. Mobile browsers include parallel controls under privacy menus.
Impact of disabling
Disabling analytics reduces our ability to prioritize documentation fixes; core pages remain readable. Disabling necessary cookies may require more frequent verification challenges. Simulator products outside this site follow separate technical guides.
Policy updates
Cookie practices may change when we add subprocessors or features; updates appear here with revision dates. Material expansions re-prompt consent where legally required. Customers receive change logs through support channels for enterprise appliances.
Simulator environments
Deployed simulators may log operational cookies or tokens on customer-controlled domains; those environments follow customer policies and deployment guides. This Cookie Policy governs the public marketing site only unless expressly incorporated elsewhere. Air-gapped labs typically disable all non-essential cookies entirely.
